www.integritysurveillancegroup.com, the TactiTrack GPS mobile application for Android and iOS (the "App"), and GPS Vehicle
Tracking Solutions, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC include www.integritysurveillancegroup.com, Integrity Surveillance Group, TactiTrack GPS, the TactiTrack GPS mobile application, and www.tactitrack.com. The GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC website is a Covert Surveillance and Tracking site. By using the GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, GPS Vehicle

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to
us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you
elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a)

us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties;
(d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment
information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services
and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or

Collection and Use of Location Data
The TactiTrack GPS App collects precise location data, including in the background while the App is closed or not in use. Collecting precise location is the core function of the Service; without it, the App cannot provide vehicle and asset tracking.
What we collect. Precise geographic location (GPS latitude and longitude, typically
accurate to within a few meters), together with speed, heading, altitude, location accuracy,
and timestamp.
When we collect it. Continuously while location tracking is enabled — including when the
App is running in the background, is minimized or closed, and when the device screen is off.
On Android the App requests the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permissions and runs a foreground service, with a persistent
notification, to keep tracking active. On iOS the App requests "Always" location
authorization for the same purpose.
Why we collect it. To display the real-time position of enrolled devices, vehicles, and
assets; to build trip and route history; to evaluate geofence boundaries and send entry and
exit alerts; to send movement, tow, tamper and removal, and low-battery alerts; and to
support emergency SOS alerts.
Location data from tracking hardware. TactiTrack GPS hardware trackers transmit the same categories of location and telemetry data to us independently of the App, associated with the device identifier and the account the device is enrolled to.
We do not sell location data, and we do not use or share location data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service. Location data is visible only to the account holder, to users the account administrator has authorized, to any recipient of a share link deliberately issued by an authorized user, and to our personnel as needed to operate and support the Service.
Your control over location collection. Location collection requires your explicit
permission, which you may grant, limit, or revoke at any time in your device settings — on Android under Settings → Apps → TactiTrack → Permissions → Location, and on iOS under Settings → TactiTrack → Location. Revoking or limiting permission will disable tracking and any features that depend on it. Uninstalling the App stops all collection of location data from that mobile device; it does not stop transmission from separate TactiTrack GPS hardware trackers, which must be deactivated or removed from the account.
Lawful use. The Service is intended for lawful tracking of vehicles and assets that you
own or are otherwise legally authorized to track. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing the tracking of vehicles, assets, and individuals, including any laws requiring notice to or consent from affected persons, and including any authorization required for law enforcement or investigative use.
Use of your Personal Information
GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. This includes using
location data collected by the App and by TactiTrack GPS hardware to provide tracking, trip history, reporting, geofence and device alerts, and SOS alerts, as described above.]
GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC and its affiliates.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions, LLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease location data, and we do not share location data with data brokers or advertising networks.]

application and store our data, provide cellular connectivity for tracking hardware, and

Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and thereafter as
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements. Location history is retained for 24 months so that you can
access trip history and reports, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletionas described under Right to Deletion.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
Delete your personal information, including location data, from our records; and
Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal
information if it is necessary to:
Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
